Payment Plans

The financial assistance office primary focus is to make sure that your dreams and personal success is a reality. Our tuitions haven’t changed in over 3 years. Although we do not offer federal financial aid, we work with multiple State and local grants and scholarship programs to assist those who qualify. We also offer interest free in house payment plans and as well as monthly financing payment plan as low as $50 per month.

Paid in Full (PIF)

This option provides the student the opportunity to pay in full at the time of enrollment and receive a discount on on the tuition cost (excludes additional expense and course materials). This means full payment must be paid at the time of enrollment.

Financing

This option allows the student to make monthly payments through a third party. While credit is not a factor, a valid checking account and a blank check, driver’s license and social are required to apply. This financing option must be processed at least one weeks prior to the start date of the class. WVT will assist with the process from the beginning end ensuring that your monthly payment plans are low and affordable. Interest and admin fees are added to this payment plan.

SECO (MYCAA)

The SECO Program’s MyCAA is a financial scholarship that military spouses can qualify for to help them fund their educational training. You may qualify for up to $4000 during the time of attending school. This applies to certificate and AS degree spouses.  Please contact our office for assistance.

Interest-Free Payment Plans

Under this plan, students are allowed to make payments before and during their attendance. There are no interest or admin fees. You must schedule your payments automatically. All payments must be received before you graduate.

WIOA Training Scholarship/

Training Grant (If you’re approved, you do not pay back)

This is a training scholarship grant offered to those that meet specific criteria through the Workforce Opportunity Investment Act.  To be considered as a potential candidate for this program, you must apply online. The WIOA Scholarship grant program may be considered for those who are unemployed, receiving social services or maybe low income. All applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. The Medical Assistant, Patient Care Tech and and Phlebotomy Technicina are approved for this grant. Please contact our office for futher assistance. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 60 days to get approved.

Vocational Rehabilitation (VR)

Vocational Rehab help people with disabilities find and maintain employment and enhance their independence. If you are currently disabled or on disability, the VR might be able to provide you with tuition assistance based on your qualification. Scholarships

SWVT offers several scholarship throughout the year. These scholarship range from $250 to $2500. If you wish to apply, please email us at admissions@swvtfl.com to receive the link. Scholarships are issued to those that qualify.
